For us to help you it would be of great help if we knew which theme you are using.

In WordPress you can get support help.

WordPress is the platform. You can go to their support team for questions about their platform, although I would suggest to find help here on WA first, as it will be quicker.

As for problems with images - I had the same experience with a lot of the free themes out there. It is entirely a theme issue. Themes are created by the community of WordPress, not by WordPress itself. You would have to contact the author of the theme..

or alternatively you could tell us your theme and we could try it out on one of our test sites to verify the problem.

Or you could link your site and we could have a look at it.

We are here to help out, but we need a little more info.

Steven

What theme are you using.

Did you try to search on Google?

No, I just searched WordPress's site to find support people. I figured it would be on their own site.

We just did the Privacy Policy template that is in Site Content (as a "page" as Kyle suggested), and got a Warning saying: "Warning: We found that your content

Lucky I drop here. Got some ideas. Thanks for that question DC

Do a non index on privacy policy. There are few option you need to check mark which you can see below the privacy policy page in WordPress editing section.

I used Kyle's policy, but I rearranged a few words and used some synonyms. I did the same thing with my Disclaimer page.

Thanks, Jen....Kyle then said to go to 'Pages" and then "Privacy Policy" to check the boxes for "Robots Meta NoIndex" as well as "Robots Meta Follow", but under the PAGES category I don't see Privacy Policy category to do that.

Did you publish it or did you back out and save to draft? If it's in draft, go back and publish it and ignore the content warning. Then, go into WordPress and click the boxes.

Thanks, Jen, I was able to get it published, and did the NoIndex and NoFollow thing. Thanks for your help.

We have all of the text for our various "pages" written on our website, but just now--in Bootcamp, with one of Kyle's videos--we just discovered the "Site Content" feature for

Doug you don't have to do this.
If your content has already been published then leave it where it is.
You can always Edit your articles at any time.
It wont make a bit of difference as long as you have not changed the title.
If you do want to change the title (although not advisable) then I suggest you read one of my blogs. Hope this helps.
Robert

Will do, Robert, thanks... In one of Kyle's videos, he said that the difference between the PAGES and POSTS is basically 2-fold, the second of which I would be the most concerned about:

1. Pages have no feature for visitors to make comments and interact with me.

2. Kyle said that Google likes posts rather than pages (because of the interaction), and will usually rank the site higher if they are done as posts.

I have to disagree with Kyle about ranking.
I have many Pages that are equal in rank to my Posts.
I also disagree about comments.
You can allow comments in Pages just the same as Posts so I don't know where that came from.

At the end of the day you go with what you're happy with and works for you but I really would get good advice rather than what people 'Think'.
A lot of members just reply to comments with any old advice without any actual proof that what they say is actually true.
Enjoy your Monday.
Robert

Thanks, I've been doing that, everything look back and forth,

I set up our site email address, and signed up with Gravatar to create our profile pic, and they have sent me an email for confirmation, but I don't know WHERE

Click on the blue Site Rubix then Site Manager > Site Email (at the top)

Thank you!

You should be able to access it in SiteManager.
