The service KWFinder has multiple language settings. I don't know how good the tool is in those languages, but for English, it's OK. I prefer Jaaxy, but Jaaxy doesn't offer multiple languages.
For keywords I don't know how, but if you want to have your website in both languages, install and activate the WPGlobus plugin. For example, my website is in English and Spanish. You can check on www.jachomemedicals.com
