I’m afraid I hit my rock.
Good Morning Everyone! Now is the time I am at my hardest place to be. Writing is not my strongest suit. Most of the time i don’t even know what to say. Today I have to wright about keywords. That great. I have my key words. I dont have the paragraph that goes with it. I love my Niche but never had a chance to fully experience it for myself. Can you help me with some ideas that could possibly get me though this part of my training. Please and thank you

Have you tried creating an outline? I found that creating an overview of the main points I want to write about and subpoints underneath the main points helps me to focus and break through the blocks.
Do not panic; you got this. Wishing you luck.

I struggle with writing every morning as well, looking for excuses not to. Checking my Google Analytics for example, or going through my email and messages here at WA.
So here's my process and maybe you'll find it helpful...
Instead of putting pressure on myself to write a serious post I often start out my mornings just journaling. I write whatever comes to mind with no regard for topic, grammar, spelling etc.
Sometimes I write about how I don't feel like writing, lol. Or how I'm stuck and don't know where to start. But it could be anything. A random idea I had. Something funny my daughters said or did...
It's just the flow of ideas to the screen.
And you're also clearing out the repetitive mental garbage that may be nagging at you throughout the day or night.
This might go on for 15 mins or I might write for an hour or more. But writing is just like a muscle, we have to exercise it.
Then, as Dovey mentioned, I make use of outlines and templates. I list out the points I want to tackle and as I write my first draft I make sure to include each point where it fits into my outline/template.
Don't worry if you're not happy with what you're writing because you can fix and edit it on your second draft.
At the end of the day it's a stepped process that eliminates the big walls we unconsciously put in front of ourselves.
Hopefully that helps, but also just know you're not alone. Even the best writers in the world talk about getting stuck. Many will say they are terrible writers, but they've learned to become great *rewriters*... meaning their first drafts are terrible but they get good at moulding those first drafts into something people want to read.
Excellent!
God Bless and Good Luck!
