The New Year is here and it is time to recharge the batteries. People are making resolutions, however if you don't recharge the batteries and take action the resolutions just melt away.

Write your goals and make sure they are specific. Knowing what you want will always make it easier to achieve. Take steps that you can achieve. Think big but start small.

Take inventory of what you have and what you need. By this I mean set your advertising budget and keep track.
