This Group
Group Leader...
As with some of the other groups I will initially serve in this group leader role, but will turn over to one of the members and this role can be rotated...

Have a look at the general guidelines for groups posts I have made so you understand how successful groups operate and know what to expect...
Once the initial answers are posted to the questions, we will decide individual and group goals and the rest of the following...
Expected Outcomes Of This Meeting:
- We all will know WHY the group was created...
- We get to know about one another just a little.
- We know what individual member's needs may be...
- We will know the group direction indicated...
- We know how we will communicate and operate...
- We have a meeting schedule 3-4 weeks out...
- We know what training within Wealthy Affiliate we need to focus on...
- Any other potential problems can be resolved...
- The group will be shaped to meet member expectations...
Group Member Deliverables:
Each member will know about the following:
- WHY each is here as a member.
- WHERE the group is heading in general and some detail.
- HOW members will achieve their individual and the group goals.
- What MEASUREMENT DATA will be documeted to see how effective the group is.
- What the Group NORMS are.
- The meeting scheduled for the next 3-4 weeks.
- Just HOW the group will communicate and support one another.
- The way group RESULTS are recorded and reported here on the WA platform...

I know working with masters will only help me get better and if I can offer support to other members we will all succeed.

I went through a year of online biz dev that was a complete scam. I learned a lot through that entire experience but now I am trusting only myself to do the work.

The technical side of dev is my biggest challenge. I eventually figure it out so I am progressing slowly and the WA training has helped me so much already!! I could use some tips for social media as well.

My move online has been well planned as a next stage for my income and I have great willingness to succeed for myself and my family

Just putting these groups together has been an eye-opening experience as I get to know more members on a level that up to this point I had not...
This is one of the great things about group work. You really get a more personable experience than in a mass setting. This may or may not be like some of the groups you have been a part of, but for sure you will help make this one better!

Most days, recently my mother has been ill with blood clots in both lungs so have been looking after her over the festive season. Hope to be back online more regularly now.

I really want to make WA work for me as I know that the potential is there and quite lucrative... but I think I've fallen in a rut, need to get out!

Sorry, I am late getting here, I have to catch up with all the formation pages, then post the last three...I think I will just miss the midnight hour on the west coast of North America, I wanted to have those last three posted NLT 23 Jan!
in any case, no matter! We have a strong group here I can see that, and there is no doubt that we can all help one another! A few hours is not going to change things one way or another for this group thing...

Thanks much, Mike...Right now I am going through to see where we are with each of the formation pages and getting input from people...
So far it seems we have some good interest in getting these off the ground. Catherine is away for business until 4 -5 Feb, so once she gets back we will have her groups ready for her to proceed...
The others I can get going, I just need to carve some time out...Right now quite a few things going on with the business. It happens like that sometimes...

Hi Dave, I was accepted into Kyle's group so i don't know if the two groups lessons will mesh together so I can do both or would you recommend me sticking with just one group?

Congrats first of all for that accomplishment! I would suggest that you focus on Kyle's group so you have the best chance of gaining all the wisdom Kyle has to offer...
