- We all will know WHY the group was created...
- We get to know about one another just a little.
- We know what individual member's needs may be...
- We will know the group direction indicated...
- We know how we will communicate and operate...
- We have a meeting schedule 3-4 weeks out...
- We know what training within Wealthy Affiliate we need to focus on...
- Any other potential problems can be resolved...
- The group will be shaped to meet member expectations...
Group Member Deliverables:
Each member will know about the following:
- WHY each is here as a member.
- WHERE the group is heading in general and some detail.
- HOW members will achieve their individual and the group goals.
- What MEASUREMENT DATA will be documeted to see how effective the group is.
- What the Group NORMS are.
- The meeting scheduled for the next 3-4 weeks.
- Just HOW the group will communicate and support one another.
- The way group RESULTS are recorded and reported here on the WA platform...
