Giving Away 86,400

That's right, I am giving away 86,400 but you have to use it all wisely. It will deposit into your account but YOU have to keep track of how you spend it and you must spend it all today. There will be nothing left when the clock hits midnight. So, what are you thinking that you should do first?

If you invest it correctly, there will seem like some major accomplishment and I can almost guarantee that as a truth. Yet, do you have a plan or will you just go about throwing it away and waste it on frivolous things? Will you use it to help the less fortunate, start that project, take that trip or something to make yourself better? Would you think carefully on how you would use it?

Wait, I didn't say money. I meant time. The precious commodity that we all say we don't have enough of and wish we had more. Theophrastus said, "Time is the most valuable thing a man can spend". Every day we get 86,400 seconds to use the best way that we can and at the end of the day it is gone. If you look at it as time is money and you get in cash would you make better choices? I ask you to stop dwelling on the past but learn from it don't harbor on it.

So take the now and invest in something that will make your time valuable. Think every morning, how will I use my time account today? I say time will pass, use it wisely and become a better you each 86,400. Use it to make each thing YOU believe important to you and then your investment will seem to grow.
