Using a Relaxing Spotify Playlist for Optimal Content Creation

We all know that creating engaging content for your website is essential to driving traffic and conversions. But sometimes, the ideas just don't flow like you want them too. If, like me sometimes you find yourself struggling to sit down and write quality content, never fear! The solution can be as easy as creating the perfect relaxed Spotify playlist.

Setting the mood is crucial when it comes to writing quality content. If you're trying to write while feeling anxious or stressed, the odds are that your finished product will reflect that. But if you take a few minutes to set the stage for relaxation, you'll find the words come more easily. And what better way to relax than with music?

There are lots of different ways to create a relaxing playlist on Spotify. You can search for certain genres, like "ambient" or "acoustic." You can also look up playlists that have been created by other users. Personally, I like to create my own playlists by picking out individual songs that I find relaxing. I typically go for acoustic tracks since they tend to be softer and not as jarring as some other genres.

Here are a few of my favorite tracks for a relaxing Spotify playlist:

• "Yellow" by Coldplay

• "Blame it on me" by George Ezra

• "Just you and I" by Tom Walker

• "Tenerife Sea" by Ed Sheeran

• "Here Comes the Sun" by The Beatles

Once you have your playlist ready, it's time to start writing! I find that I can usually get through two or three articles when I have my Spotify playlist on in the background. The words seem to flow more easily, and I don't get antsy or distracted as easily (assuming I don't start spontaneously singing along) as I do when I'm trying to write in silence. Not bad for a little bit of strategic music selection!

If you're having trouble getting into the right mindset for quality content creation, try setting up a relaxing Spotify playlist. Choose tunes that make you feel calm and happy, and see how much easier the words come. Before long, you'll have a slew of great articles (and maybe even a new favorite playlist).

If you work in the same way, what are your favourite songs on your playlist?

Have a great week all.

Music is a good way to bring the muse to the front for me as well.
I have never minded driving because of the music that I keep on.
We are fortunate to live in a world that allows us so many ways to listen.
thanks for the share,
Sami

A three hour drive can feel like 30 minutes with the right playlist.

This seems to work better, for me, if the songs are just instrumental. The words get stuck in my head and distract me otherwise.

That may be an avenue I explore if I find myself singing along to the majority of the songs.

Hello Danny,

I love this idea. I wish I had a playlist for that. I guess I'm going to have to do some searching to come up with a playlist. My problem is that I don't remember the names of songs. I just know them when they come on.

Do you have one that you would like to share?

Thanks for sharing this idea.

Have a wonderful day!

Most streaming services offer a wide range of pre-built playlists, divided into each genre that you can search through and see what jumps out at you.

Thank you.

I will look into those.

Have a wonderful day!

I always find myself “stuck” when it comes to finding ideas to produce more content.

Usually, I keep the music apps of pandora and iheart radio turned off.

But after reading your post, I think I will use those music apps to pick out songs that will inspire me to generate more content.

Thanks for idea! :)

Yeah it's always worth trialling new ways of working to see what works best for you. I tried to do the same with podcasts, but found I stopped working and started listening too much.

Hi, Danny

That’s my secret to how I do everything at home!

I use mostly Amazon Music Unlimited. They have tons of pre-built playlists, but I usually select a particular artist and randomly play that music.

More often than not, I eventually end up with a guitar in my hands, but it’s productive too!

For Opera, my favorite music, I stream it from SiriusXM on the Dolby Atmos sound system in our home theater and the music is everywhere with the voices coming down at you from above! 😎

Hey Frank, I agree that Amazon Music has a lot of quality pre-built playlists too. I often find myself flicking between the two options.

I have to keep my guitar in another room to avoid the same temptation.

Yeah, I know what you mean, Danny. I'm always taking "guitar breaks," but somehow, I manage to get everything done. 😎

Frank 🎸

Those 'guitar breaks' are clearly working for you though :-)
