We Begin Again

The sun rises when we are watching and also when we are not. Because a thing is not seen does not mean it doesn't exist. Just like the choices we make in life. If we neglect to make a choice, it doesn't mean a choice does not get made. Quite contrary.

I keep little post-it notes stuck up here and there. Sometimes i take them down and carry them with me so when i reach in my pocket for something, i am forced to open it and read the little bits of wisdom i choose to carry.

In beginning again, i know that i am not beginning again, i am simply beginning. Every moment is new choice. A new direction - if I choose. I am creating my next moment in this moment. So, I choose to make this the best moment I possibly can. This moment is the only one i will ever have. There is no next moment. There is no next day, week or month. There is only now.

In this moment, here and now, I choose to smile and write these words. I hope you have a wonderful moment as well.
