Why Can't I Submit URL To Bing?
Hello folks, today I created a new post and I wanted to submit URL to Bing but it shows some error (image below)
Anyone knows something about that or is it maybe some lag? That never happened me before.

Same thing happened to me just now! I even logged out and logged back in but it's not resolved. I opened a ticket with them. Let's see what they say.

It is definitely something on their side. Now it is fixed I think, I successfully submitted URL to Bing.
Check that you are logged in under your website email. I would also check that you selected the correct site url or domain name (whichever you used to verify ownership).
