I checked my site with a couple of tools and there always comes a critical error which says I have no sitemap. But I know I admitted it and on google search console it appears.
What tools are you using to check this?
If you are verified in Search Console, that's the main thing to look at. Sounds like you are, so you should be fine.
Tools are robots, so sometimes they'll throw errors which are not vital to your site, or aren't detecting things properly. This is especially true of FREE online tools, since a lot are designed to get you to pay for services.
Which plugin did you use to create your sitemap?
It was ubbersuggest, and it was not only once...That`s why I was worried, I thought okay once it could be a mistake but it shows all the time. I actually don`t remember, I have yoast installed, not the premium version.
If it was only once, then you're definitely fine. It's just an issue with some of those tools out there, designed to scare you into paying for things you don't need.

hey everybody, I did a check on my site and it said that the H1, meta description and Title duplicates. Under affected sites there is my homepage listed twice. what is happenin
do you have more than one page worth of posts - if so don't worry about it - it is just the audit not able to cope....

If it's on your home page, it's likely because you have a blog roll there. There will be multiple h1 tags because you have multiple titles from different articles there. This is expected, and I wouldn't worry about that warning.
