The journey to online business success is never smooth. It will have its ups and downs. That is why it is very important to give ourselves some time to allow the business to grow. Expecting an overnight success is the last thing you want to do. Patience is key!

Honestly speaking, making time to work on my website part-time alongside my day job has not been an easy task, but I've never allowed that to slow me down. When am not abroad on duty, I ensure my evenings and weekends are dedicated to my website. I believe there are others here on WA in a similar boat as mine. We just need to keep going.

I know am heading towards the right direction, even though my pace is slower than I wanted. After 3 months of going premium and working hard on my website:

My Google Adsense application got accepted after just 19 articles.
The number of visitors, both direct and organic has more than doubled, so has my website's number of impressions.
On the average, my articles are ranking on the 4th page of google, with my highest placed article appearing on the 2nd page.
And......the number of website clicks has tripled.

My target is to create more time, write more, keep working hard and stay consistent. I understand the journey is never going to be easy, but am psyched up for it.

I hope my steady progress will encourage someone out there to not give up too soon and continue working hard at it. There are wonderful people on this platform ready to offer help whenever needed. I am talking from experience because I've been on the receiving end of great help from members of WA.

Follow the training provided here and stay consistent. Rome was never built in a day.
