1. Top Headline

The top headline needs to stop your traffic in its tracks and give you their absolute best attention they have. Headlines like: Attention: Internet Marketer, Fresh New Way To Make Money Online On The Next Page. By using this headline you can spark peoples curiosity.

2. Content

Content inside the page should be your own and should ultimately get the visitor to take an action. Things that could influence their actions, certifications on the website, if you are promoting membership programs, you could show your visitors how many members are in already.

3. Clearly stating that you consider the customers info as private as your own(really this is only if you are trying to build a email list.)

By ensuring the visitors information is more secure with you. You can then become a bit more trustful in the eyes of your visitors. Nobody wants their information in the dirty hands of a scam artist.

4. Bottom Headline(Bottom headline is number 4 because its not as important)

Just because, The Bottom Headline is not as important, doesn't mean its useless. Having a bottom headline will not steer your visitors away from your site. Don't go overboard on putting links and things in your bottom head line. When you put to many links and etc, when you get visitors the page on your site will be formatted wrong.
