Two months in!
It's been 2 months since I've been here at WA and launched my website. If you'd like to read my one month stats, you can find them in my blog. :)
Month two stats
- 6 new posts, 17 in total
- 10 new comments, 36 in total
- 208 sessions, 188 users, 263 page views, 84.62% bounce rate
- organic search - 74 (improvement from 12! :))
- no sales yet
- some of my posts fluctuate between pages 1 and 2
- all of my posts are withing the first 5 pages on Google
- posts are typically 300-1600 words long (depending on whether they are 'salesy' or not)
- rank 597 at WA
There's definitely growth and I'm seeing more visits from organic search. I haven't been quite as active on WA as before because of full time job and focusing more on my website content. My writing has slowed down to 1 post per week due to my busy schedule and I post on weekends.
I still definitely struggle with the same things as before but I force myself not to dwell on those things too much and just do my thing, even if it means less content weekly. I find that branching out a bit into broader niche definitely helps with my writing 'juice', so I'll make sure to write 1 post like that a month and see how that goes.
That's about it for the two month update, I'll see you at the three month update if something doesn't happen in the meantime (or when I feel the need to rant hehe).
