You'll need to cancel your membership to stop billing Cancel Wealthy Affiliate Membership and Stop Billing And you can come back when you're ready What if I Leave WA and Come Back Later? Make sure to do a complete backup of your website(s) and save the files on your computer.

Yes, you can upgrade using PayPal. To do so, click on your profile picture at the top right of your screen -> click on account settings -> scroll and find your subscription settings -> click payment source. From there you'll be able to choose the payment method you want to use. You will see PayPal as an option.
