I have an idea of a niche, even though I have the passion of the niche but I don't have much knowledge of it. So, I'm thinking to hire a freelance writer who has the knowledge.
It's not a question of ethics. As long as the quality is good and helpful to your visitors, it's perfectly okay.

I like to share articles in Google+, because it's like a bookmark social media. But, when I shared WA article in Google+, Google deleted the article on the next day, and I got
Hi, sorry im not much help but i share my posts in google+ all the time and never have a problem. I suggest maybe using prettylink plugin to avoid affiliate links preventing ypur posts being allowed
Hi Jason, thank you for your reply. But, I think you misunderstood my problem. For every Wealthy Affiliate blog or video there is an affiliate link, this link might cause a problem when I shared in Google+.
Yes but if you install pretty link it makes your affiliate links look like internal links and masks the affiliate link meaning you can still post to google+ and your affiliate links still work but won't penalise you

If you click on the rank button next to your profile pic you can see graphs of your activity on WA and read about how your rank is affected.
Follow - you can follow those that you wish for whatever reason but mainly because you can learn from them or like to read their work. When following you can be updated on their comments and posts.
Rank - a number that shows your activity in the community based on a behind the scenes algorithm. Nothing more or less.
