What does money really do to you? motivates or demotivates?
Definitely a motivator. When I made my first $0.08 cents within my first month here it was small change but it gave a big boost for me. It showed me that this works and if I keep at it then that number will keep growing. I've been here almost 2 months now and have bumped up that number to over $10, which still isn't much, but shows improvement. I hope to keep growing that number as I learn more here and apply the techniques.

The reality is, we all need money, how we make it also matters. WA gives you the chance to escape the daily grind, the rat race. For me that's priceless because I don't get on well with the grind, I need my independence and self reliance. Wealthy Affiliate is the place to ;learn to achieve that.
So to answer your question, yes money is a motivator for me, but I'm not greedy. I don't seek enormous wealth, i just want to be in control of my own destiny.
