Yes, me too! I think you get this because your domain name is not private. I forgot to do that with one of the domains I recently purchased through Namecheap. Never had the problem with the other domains I had through GoDaddy.
yes, it is an option and you will have to pay something like $7.99/year for it. (this is with GoDaddy). Otherwise all your information is public and you don't want that.

I have read somewhere that Google doesn't like it if you put in to many hyperlinks. So when writing an article where you'd like to direct someone to an affiliate site like WA,
Google wants to see a good information, so it will not necessarily hurt if you have many links as long as your text is a 'good user experience'. It is safest to keep the number low as we learn from lessons at WA.
In the trainings Kyle says that too many links does lower rankings.
However here is an argument from another experienced WA member that this is not necessarily true: What Google Thinks About Affiliate Links.You'll Be Surprised I don't know who is ultimately correct, though, sorry.
