Dare to Prove Those Wrong Who Did Not Believe in Your Abilities
Have anyone ever said to you, "That's not for you or you cannot do something, that's over your head?" I experienced this situation a number of times but the insane thing about it is I was never given the opportunity to even try....
So, the thought that surfaced in my brain to that statement was, "How would you know what I can do if I have not made any attempt to do it or even been given the opportunity?"
I don't know about you but when someone tell me I cannot do something, you better believe I take that as a challenge to PROVE THEM WRONG. That's like using gasoline and striking a match to set off an explosion!
My motivational level is on a 150 and I am at it full force to not just prove it those who said I could not do it but to first and foremost prove it to MYSELF.
Case in point, when someone say you cannot do something, use it as your motivation and, "Dare to Prove Them Wrong."

Myself, I am sorry, but I am too old to have to prove ANYTHING to anyone! I have stopped doing this quite a number of years ago.

I can certainly see your point. I am literally not trying to prove anything to those who do not believe in my abilities instead when people make such comments to me, it just ignites something inside of me to challenge myself in doing just the opposite of what they said I could not do. I cannot help it. It is just the way I am.
Not necessarily to prove to them I can do it but more so to prove to myself because they said I could not do it. I don't let them know if I accomplished what they stated I could not do. I simply let time tell in a more silent way by what they see.

If this kind of thing makes you want to show yourself they are not accurate, that, of course, is another thing!

You are absolutely right. We are cable of doing anything if our heart is in it and we are willing to put in the work. You have so many people trying to tell you what you cannot do, as if they know the inner you...I smh with that fire burning inside, thinking I'll show them they don't know me...Lol

With such people, I usually don't say much about my project to them... I let time and those project prove themselves over time... it will talk louder than anything I could say

Hi, Deborah that is a very good mindset, and way to get things done, true like you say there is nothing better than that feeling of accomplishment especially if folks have said that you can not do, even better again if it was that self-conversation, where Mr or Mrs doubt invited themselves over for a party. thanks for sharing your insights.

Yes indeed. Many have doubted me and still do but I do not worry about it because I am aware of my abilities and what I am capable of achieving regardless of what anybody have to say.
So, having the mindset I have is what keeps me focus and keeps that fire inside of me burning to accomplish what I need to do for me but not necessarily for the doubters.
