Apple Cider Vinegar to Lose Weight and Boost Immune
I have been using the Bragg's Organic Apple Cider Vinegar to lose weight lately and it really works! I have been trying to lose some weight for years and I just kept yo-yo back and forth!
I read about the Apple Cider Vinegar some years ago, but did not try it until last month. I started adding about 1-2 teaspoons of it with my cup of hot tea or warm boiled water twice a day before my breakfast and dinner. After a month, I have lost the 10 pounds and I am back to the size I want! Of course, I also limit my calories to about 500 calories per meal. Calorie intake depends on your height, age and current weight. Most average daily recommendation is 2000 calories per day.
I am so happy with Apple Cider Vinegar that I started to read more about it!. Apparently, there are many other health benefits like boosting your immune system which we all need right now! It is also supposed to help sore throats, lower cholesterol, lower high blood pressure, and fight germs!
But, please do not take more than 1-2 tablespoons a day because it is acidic and can cause tooth decay or stomach upsets.
Also, if you are taking insulin or other medications, pregnant or nursing a baby, you should talk to your doctor first before taking Apple Cider Vinegar!
