I prefer the neat and tidy to the overwhelmed and messy. That's just me. The same with a web site. When I go on, as a customer, I don't need pages and pages of information, I just want what I asked for. That's how I want to approach my web sites, with customers like me in mind. I don't need to give them the bathroom sink when all they really want is a toothbrush. A little goes a long way. If it does for me, I bet there are others out there too. That's what makes this world interesting, we are all the same and all diferent. Here's to building our sites for our customers!
