Moving Along After Hitting A Wall

I'm not sure if others have been going through what I have. But so far I have had periods of good progress with WA. Then for no reason I seem to lack focus and kinda go numb. I'm sort of reminded of something a bass guitar teacher said to me in the late 70's. He told me to make sure I play my bass every day, even if it's for two minutes. He said that once you miss a day, things tend to snowball and before you know it, it's two weeks without practice. So I am going to try and use that advice here at WA.

Good news is, I did get another first page ranking in google and I also put together a Facebook account that is related to my website. So after hitting a major wall last week, I feel I'm back in the game.

It's kind of amazing how resistance just comes out of thin air. I learned about it from that program The Sedona Method years ago. I'm going to attempt to do a post each day. One of the good things about my niche is that there are 100's of items to write about. Sometimes you just need to be in the right frame of mind to write.
