1st Month Experiences of a Wealthy Affiliate Member

When I first found the Wealthy Affiliate site, I was pretty impressed with the huge amount of information, training, and support. I had done some checking on other similar sites and found WA to be the most reputable.

If you are looking for a company that speaks to making money reputably online, Wealthy Affiliates is the place to be. There are a lot of companies out there and it can be pretty overwhelming so here are a few suggestions that helped me decide to go with Wealthy Affiliate as a Premium Member:

• Classrooms and tutorials are very clear and helpful.
• Colleagues are helpful with answering questions and making suggestions (the honesty and support are awesome).
• Keyword information is like no other site I have ever been associated with. Most just throw you out there. WA is helpful even before you decide you want to become a premium member.
• Links are also very helpful especially if you are new to online marketing like me! *(A few more words about links is mentioned below).

I wouldn't be fair and objective if I didn't note some of the challenges I've encountered as a one-month Premium WA Member so, take note. I hope these 'challenges' will help you as you move forward:

• Stick to going through the lessons in order.
• Completely finish a lesson before clicking on links embedded in the specific lesson. (If you begin clicking on the links as you read them, you will become overwhelmed with all the information you'll receive).
• *If you must open a link, open it then save it into favorites to come back to later. Name it in your Favorites according to what lesson, tutorial, or blog you saw it in. That will make it easier to come back to.
• If you become overwhelmed, ask questions in the chat box or, take a break and come back to what you were working on later, Don't let yourself get frustrated.
• Ask, ask, ask questions! I have yet to have anyone not answer any questions I have had.
• Finally, don't get caught up on finding your niche. I did this and it's a time-waster. Just jump in and begin studying, researching, and writing.

I'm currently working on stockpiling content I have set up in a folder I can use for both blogs and for my website. One thing that has been emphasized is building up content. This is good time management and will serve you well if you decide to repurpose any of your content at a later date.

That's my take on my 1st month with Wealthy Affiliate. I'm looking ahead and WILL be quitting my day job by next year this time to pursue my WA business ventures.
