My Second Month
Looks like I've got a theme to my post titles.
Between sifting through some medical bills for Mom, filing taxes, and keeping the shop running; I didn't have a lot of time for creative work. As to goals, I hit a few and fell a bit short on a few. The seven things that gave me the most satisfaction this month were:
- Did some more W-A Training.
- Finished an online class I was taking.
- Found two people here at W-A who were asking all the same questions I wanted to ask and promptly followed them. (NOTE: you can save yourself a lot of time by finding and following someone who asks good questions.)
- Offered some feedback to others through the feedback page
- Asked for some feedback and got some great responses.
- Took a break to put out a few fires on the home-front and at the shop.(and got a few ideas for site content while doing this)
- Made a list of ideas for website and personal development for the upcoming month.
So, I've made some progress toward my goals, Done a lot of research, Made some lists, and Tried to help a few others.
<GRIN>By the standards set by an old mentor of mine, I learned something, taught something, and got yelled at about something. . . that's success!</Grin>
