Hey Catherine. Just go to the SiteRubix blue tab and click, then click on SiteDomains. You'll see tab titled Transfer a Domain to WA. Click on that and the next page is where you do the transfer. Hope this helps.

I am trying to redirect my Domain Name for my website at WA to an external URL. How can I access the FTP cPanel? I only see the login information.

You don't need FTP to do this. If you purchased your domain through SiteDomains, you can redirect it through the Settings menu, under Redirect (see attached image).
WA hosting does not use cPanel. All site maintenance is done either through the siterubix interface and the wordpress dashboard or by file uploads/downloads using FTP.
Your easiest/safest path would be to open a support ticket and request that tech support insert a redirect code into your domain's .htaccess file.

I am about to publish a Tutorial but before I hit Published it mentioned no Promotional material. What exactly is considered promotional to WA? Are they referring to any link away from WA that I would get a commission on? Thanks
Posting affiliate links is a definite no-no here at WA. Here's a link to Kyle's training on postings. It should answer your questions as to what's acceptable to post and what's not: Spam is a NO NO!
