Belly Fat - When To Throw In The Towel

The only way to fail is to quit. Anyone that knows me knows I do not subscribe to quitting. I have beaten the odds so many times I feel like it's a dream sometimes.

So my answer of course is NEVER do you throw in the towel.

Do not let anyone dictate what your goals are. Weight Loss is a touchy subject because it is never really about Weight Loss. It's about the benefits of being and looking fit. The ability to get around without assistance. It's about longevity before longevity gets here.

I ask my clients before we start every session, "How are you feeling today? Is there anything new going on we need to address. Just by my clients showing up I consider them winners in so many ways.

Let's talk about belly fat. Just saying it make some uncomfortable. Why is that? When you answer that question - you will reveal what is really holding you back. Anyone can create a better version of themselves.

Some will do it in less time and others will take what seems like a long time. Perhaps your medications cause bloating, water retention, and testosterone imbalances. Ever thought of that?

I get a shot every 3 months to wipe out my testosterone! My meds consist of 4 parts chemo, 2 parts immuno-therapy everyday. I get it.
