How to get 100% of your Comments Approved, How to get Comments Rejected

Ok, so something has really been getting under my skin lately in regards to people leaving comments.

Here's the thing whether the comment is positive or negative, if it is relative to the content on the site, then it is without a doubt a worthy a comment because the comment will create conversation either way. This is what is needed in regards to Google recognizing it as worthy content.

So most of you probably know by now that when requesting comments on WA, you get to read and approve or disapprove of the comment. Recently, I have been working hard to get more comments going on my pages and lately I have been disapproving more comments than usual. I have had close to 40 comments added to my website now and this week alone I have had to disapprove of 4. Yes, this is frustrating because I don't want to have to disapprove but this is the issue with these comments

THEY ARE IN NO WAY, SHAPE OR FORM RELATIVE TO THE CONTENT THEY ARE COMMENTING ON!!!!!!!

These comments all were strictly talking about how my site looked good, and they wanted to know how I got the ads set up in my post, and why I still had META showing on my website, and how did I put social media icons on my pages. While some of it was constructive (Didn't know META was showing on my site), it was still not relative to the comment in any way.

I don't want my visitors reading these comments and you should not either...Why?

Let's get this straight, when you are commenting on a site, you need to keep in mind you are helping other members within WA get indexed in google, also when people that do visit the site from outside of WA, they are going to see those comments. If there reading about how to put ads on the sidebar or within the content, do you think they will engage in conversation about the content?

Absolutely Not!!

We need engagement about the content.

I have left approximately 42 comments on other individuals pages and I still have a 100% approval rating. Why because I leave a comment talking about the content and asking questions about the content, that's all that is necessary.

I hope this will help clear things up a bit, if you are struggling to get approved comments, re-read the comments that are getting disapproved if you can, if it unrelated to the content then that may be the reason behind the disapproval.
