Chasing Freedom
I have been on WA for a couple of days now and I am impressed at the community spirit here.
I must admit, I have only come up with the idea of e-commerce and affiliate marketing less than 2 months ago but I spent these 2 months being a loner and trying to do everything on my own... Big mistake!
When you are just starting out on something, it is just easy to be stuck with negative thinking and 'what if' sort of questions:
1) What if I lose too much money?
2) Is this really gonna work?
3) Am I just being a dreamer?
Of course if you are not able to look beyond your bubble, these questions will never be answered and 90% of the times you might just end up giving up.
Something changes though when you join a community like WA:
1) You can avoid certain mistakes by learning from those who have already made them
2) You can find inspiration by reading people's stories
3) If you feel like giving up, you can reach out to people and talk it through
Besides, I believe we are all here more or less for the same reason: Freedom
I personally do not want to get rich for the materialistic stuff. I have a few reasons that go beyond that and I will list some of them here:
1) I no longer want to work for other people who do not see how hard working I am
2) I want to be able to wake up in the morning and know that I can plan or improvise my day the way I want
3) I want to be able to treat the people I love
4) I want to take my 71 years old mother places
5) I want to spend my time helping animals and not wasting it in an office
The reasons above make me feel more motivated than ever and I am excited about this new challenge!

You hit the nail on he head with this one Christina. I literally just joined WA about 20minutes ago and I'm here just going through to get a feel of the community. Is that your personal picture in the thumbnail? Love it.

If you are referring to the blog cover photo, showing the lady with open arms, then I can just wish I was that slim...haha... it is just a stock photo :)
Thank you :) I'm trying to go in order. I realise a lot of persons are premium members. That's kind of expensive for me with my current expenses and all. Indo everything myself, as I have no other choice. Where'd you get the stock photo?
Unfortunately you won't be able to go past the first module of the course without going premium, so I hope one day you will be in a better financial position for you to join us :)
When you create a blog, you will see a section where you can either add a picture by uploading it from your PC or you go in the 'search' field and look for the available stock photos.
Like you, I've been here just a couple of days, I haven't interacted much and am sloooooowly going through the training, but I am truly impressed by this community! As I've said elsewhere, if someone from WA hadn't followed me on Instagram earlier this week, and if I hadn't clicked through to WA, I'd still be thinking I was totally alone in my endeavours.
That's great David, best of luck :) I discovered WA because I was reading about affiliate marketing and almost went to take the clickbank university course. Then I found that the clickbank course is more for people who want to sell their own product, so I ended up here...and I am glad I did :)

You are going to find that e-commerce requires a lot more testing before you see a profit.
Affiliate Marketing and the training here at WA is more fool proof. Follow the training build your business and you will succeed.
The community here is a KEY element. No where will you get as much support. Many here are making life changing incomes and started right where you are today. You will be learning from those who have already been down that road.
Thank you Glen! This is actually becoming a real passion for me, so I know that I will be able to succeed if I continue with this positive mindset :)
I agree and I will be sticking to Affiliate Marketing now, as I have tried e-commerce and it is not quite for me... not yet at least!
