I can't take the credit for this, it's all down to Tae. I was searching through WA for an online live chat plugin and found Tae's post.

I checked it out and all I can say is WOW!
This plugin is so awesome, I can't believe it! Not only is it super cool and customisable, but there is an app for Android which I installed on my phone. It's so easy to use and when you are offline the message will be sent by email.

It's a full blown customer care package which is hugely important to me in my business. I am pretty much working all the time, even when I am not at home or on my PC or laptop. The app allows me to communicate with my customers on my phone!
I am so happy I found this app. You can customise it and when your visitor moves the mouse over the chat button another message pops out like the one below.
All colors can be customised and you can add your own photo to personalise it. My website has been screaming out for this, I've added it to my online Shop too because customers frequently want to ask questions before purchasing online.
