I believe you have to be a Premium for you to point your domain to WA servers. Hosting is included in your Premium membership.
However, you may be able to start a free siterurbix domain.

You could try to contact the platform where you bought the domain,
You also try to get a research on google : how to transfer a domain? You should have good answers
