Problems indexing my website.

Hi WA Colleagues,
I installed XML Sitemap plugin on my website www.naturalhealthranger.com over a week ago to see if this would get my site indexed as it was not. I checked today and it's still not indexed how long should this usually take ? I have content on my site and also created a google analytics account and I have not had any traffic apart from myself or WA members giving me feedback. Is there something else I would need to do or does this process take quite a while to complete ?

You may have to do the webmaster site submission. Also make sure that you haven't selected the "do not index" option in your WordPress settings. I have a blog on setting it up from scratch.
