A True Commitment Starts.Now!
Not when you finish reading this post, but right now!!! That to me is a true commitment. Losing weight, to stop smoking, to get on the Wealthy Affiliate bandwagon, you need to do it right now. A true commitment means you have decided to do it now! If you say, "I'll start on that first thing tomorrow," "I'll smoke that last cigarette now, then I'll quit". If it is possible to do it NOW, and you do it, then you've made the commitment.
We convince ourselves that we work great under pressure... Is that really true? Do you purposely wait til April 14 to do your taxes? Do you tell yourselves that,"On January 1, I'm going to dive into a health program and get myself into the best shape of my life". Or, "When I go Premium with Wealthy Affiliate, that's when I'll put in the greatest effort".
Now, whatever you're doing, just STOP! That last smoke, BREAK IT IN HALF. That gym, SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT TODAY! Wealthy Affiliate, ABANDON THIS POST, NOW, and slide over to the next lesson. It's not a commitment until you do it. When you've finally said, "Enough is Enough, I'm doing this RIGHT NOW!" The commitment I'm speaking of is to have NO OTHER OPTIONS AVAILABLE, OTHER THAN GETTING THE JOB DONE! You've got to work through the excuses, find a way around the distractions, and put an end to the procrastination.
Success will usually follow those with a firm grasp of the concept, "You Reap What You Sow", and my own coined phase, "Success is in the palms of your hands, stop washing your hands of it..." Commit to being the best that you can be, take no prisoners, and DON'T TAKE NO FOR AN ASWER.
.... AND IF YOU READ TO THIS POINT, SHAME ON YOU!!! NOW GET TO YOUR LESSONS!!!
Thanks for reading,
Cornelius

Great post!
Commitment to our projects is important for successfully advancing step by step towards our goal. There is no tomorrow as you say so well, the important thing is to do it today.
