I believe when using the editor to build your page, you highlight the word "email", click from the toolbar the insert link. Of course you will have to copy your email address and then paste once you click the insert link. Hope this helps.

Once I bought my website address I went into the All in one SEO settings and changed the home title and home description. When I put the website into a post on FB it still show
Yep,MisterWeilor is right, if you've changed the Title and description and saved it, then you just need to wait. Google webmaster tool for indexing your site, is also the way to speed up the change.
I'm not sure, but I think that just changing the All in one SEO settings may not be enough.
I would suggest changing it this way:
In the admin section of your site, in the left menu, hover over 'Appearance' (about halfway down) and then hit 'Customize'. There you can edit your home title. Be sure to 'Save' it!
If this is not what you're talking about, then I'm not sure how to help :(
It take some time for Google to index your site. To speed it up a bit, you can use Google Webmaster tool to submit it for index. Sometimes it takes a few days.
