Finally got an Autoresponder

Well hello WA family,
Hope all is well with all of you. I wanted just to share a milestone I have made with my website. I am coming up to my 1 year anniversary and decided it was time to fork out some $$$$ and start email marketing. SCARY!
I always knew that I was going to sign up at some point but I wanted to try to wait til I had more traffic. Also, I figured it was going to take a bit of time to set up so seeing as I am still off with my ankle injury now seemed like a good time.
I watched Jay's email marketing training video by video and decided to go with Aweber as my auto responder. Then I got started.
All I can say is WOW!! Setting up my welcome campaign and template for broadcasting honestly took me at least 3 days or more to create everything. I had to keep going back to the videos to see everything Jay was doing.
One of the hardest things to come up with was my giveaway. GOD I looked and looked to find something I actually had a connection with for my niche. Still not 100% sold on my choice, but I think it is enough to get my followers excited.
Then I was like yes I got everything done and then I couldn't figure out how to input the java snippet into my individual posts. I didn't want it on a widget or pop up. I did manage to get some amazing help from a few members here which was awesome, so thank you. You know who you are!!! LOL!
A complete day later and a lack of sleep from laying in bed going over and over it. then a 1/2 day looking online for answers I found it. And of course it was right in front of me the whole time, Aweber has a plug in. Holy!
Well folks that is my last weeks journey through auto responder 101. I feel good that I accomplished it all and here's hoping I get some subscribers now. HAHA!
Cheers
Coralie
Now is the time to be very careful on your email content, Aweber is well known to shutdown account without giving explanation, and you will never get back your account again. I got shutdown 2 accounts from Aweber and I will not able to signup a new account again, They track you everything from your IP address, Credit Card number and also your email list when you upload again.
Check your content for spam words like "Free", "Get it Now", "Money", " Download Now", "Click Here", "Bank", etc... You can Google spam words and to avoid excessive using of those words in your E-mail.
Hope this help.
What an awesome feeling it is when things fall into place.well done and the best of luck.
Regsrds.
Jill
After reading your post I may be ready to give the whole email thing another try. It was the Javascript that cased me to put on the brakes in a previous attempt.
So glad you made it through - I just wish it wasn't so difficult.
