Checklist for a Post in WordPress?

I am trying to figure out a good appealing way to create or import a Checklist for my viewers. I want to insert it into a post, not to be the entire post.
I would like the checklist to be Active, in the way that readers can check the boxes them selves, or print the checklist.
I checked Plugins and a quick google search, but am not really finding what I am looking for.
Anyone have any thoughts?

hi, i assume that u refering about checkbox, it will need some coding like html, for example:
<input type="checkbox" name="vehicle" value="Bike"> I have a bike
<input type="checkbox" name="vehicle" value="Car" checked> I have a car
and you also can go the link below and try yourself and paste in your post, remember to put this coding in "html" tab when you editing your post:
http://www.w3schools.com/tags/att_input_checked.asp
and remember remove the <form action=""> and </form>

I am familiar with coding, but for some reason it just seams like something that should be easy with a click of a button!! lol.
Unless I am the only one who wants this feature!
