I have been at WA for probably about 5-6 weeks.
I have other great niches in mind for future blogs, BUT.. how soon is too soon to start a second blog?
Should I wai
I'm a bit of a newby myself but, for what its worth, my response is that you can open a second, third or whatever number - it is totally up to you.
For me, the website is taking up a huge amount of time (maybe that's just me) and, while I too would love to get started on a second one, I don't believe I can until my first one is well established and needs far less attention.
So, bottom line, if your website is as far as you can bring it, then go for it!
Wishing you every success.
Thanks Trish!
Its nice to see someone that is succeeding at two! I think it might make it more interesting to write about something different some days (maybe just alternate between the two?) and also It would be interesting to see how 2 completely different niches rank differently, and maybe get some better insight into what kind of topics work better than others.
i guess its all trial and error right? lol
Thanks! :)
You got it Dana!
Though, the way I'm doing this I wouldn't recommend to others.
Building them BOTH at the same time while taking the lessons has me stalled until ALL reviews have been completed. But ... I didn't want to lose the ideas I found ... so ... now it's onward and upward :-))
Trish
Thanks!
I am still unsure if I am ready, think i may go through a bit more training, and make a decision then!
I have so many things I could write about!
I feel that I rushed into choosing my current niche, and didnt under stand fully what I was getting into when I started. Now I fully understand, and feel there are other topics I could also help people with :)
Thanks!
Well I just started my second one and I agree that one gets more attention then the other. But as long as you okay with that then it works. I mean one of mine is dieting and the other is making money online. So it gives me 2 different topics to write about, plus I'm doing both on a daily basis. So just consider how well you can invest time into both websites?
Your friend,
Tobias
Thanks Tobias!
I agree with you!
Somedays I find it tough to find motivation to write in my one niche, but feel that if I had two, I could alternate between the two so i can write about different topics.
I recommend you focus on just one website until you get through most of the training.
I have two websites but wish I would have just focused on one until it was very profitable. With two sites, one is always getting neglected while I work on the other one.
One website is enough to make a full-time income. If I had it to do over, I would have focused on adding content to one site until it was a super-authority website.
I think I would have earned more for my efforts that way.
Thanks! That's what I thought, but I wasn't sure if any one else had any success with 2 websites this early.
I think I will wait :)
Thanks for sharing your thoughts

I would think its dependent on your time management. I started my second after I did all five courses under the green button mainly because I thought that actually getting the second site started would be quicker than the first (as you are used to setting up Wordpress, putting in about me and privacy policies etc). I didn't wait to start making money as actually I am not expecting to make much with my first as it was more of a fun project that I enjoy writing for. And it's been used as practice for the lessons

I am just curious on when everyone made there first sale, how long after joining WA and what affiliate program it was through? I am going on probably just over a month now with
Hi Dana nice to meet you . I have been with WA for about four months and I have made alittle bit of money and I made it though jaaxy totally unexpected I got and Email one day saying congratulations. That was a very exciting day
Hello Stacey!
That's exciting! How did you make money through Jaaxy? Referral program?
Thanks for the comment!
Hey Dana, there are many WA success here, you may want to read my post here, I have shared some WA successes here : WA Affiliate Program: Are You Bored Or Tired Of Promoting WA?
And also do some keyword research to get low-competition long-tailed keywords : Doing Keyword Research with WA Keyword Tool Keywords Overview
Great story Trish! I think surprise money would be the best kind! When your expecting money, its never enough, but if your not expecting it, $100 US is wonderful! (I am Canadian as well, so I know the US Dollar Pain oh too well!)
Thanks!
Dana, the main thing to keep in mind is that Kyle is teaching us how to setup an affiliate site the RIGHT way. Following his instructions, focusing on creating a proper website. Once you've completed EVERY step Kyle mentions ... then and ONLY then do you need to wonder or watch for the money. Personally, it's more fun to setup a website that HELPS your visitors. Your site will get more visitors than buyers ... leastwise that's been my experience.
Think it's a little like being a GREAT waitress.
If your a great waitress then your customers comforts are THE most important part of your job.
Tips are only rewards count AT home ... not to be counted or talked about among others ... especially other waitresses you work with.
I found THAT worked WONDERS for me back when being a waitress while attending college. I ALWAYS made more than any of them ... and, that was the rule I was taught by an retired GREAT waitress ;-))
Focus on helping your visitors ... sales will be your rewards.
Trish
Still waiting :-( to do so. I've been here for 2 months, BUT haven't been committed very much for the last 3 weeks. Getting back on track this week!
@JDugan - Getting on track is good! I havn't been at a point of loosing interest yet (hopefully don't!)
Hopefully we both get something as far as a sale soon!
:)
