Hello there, I am not 100% sure what you are actually asking.
You may change and edit your website by working within WordPress if that is where it is located.
As for your other question on content, that comes from you.

If you have a specific website within a specific niche and you are trying to help folks in that niche then it is up to you to research and write content that may help folks with their questions.
