Just surpassing the two month mark here at WA and I can honestly say that I have learned so many things from the Entrepreneur course, to many of the great people here willing to answer questions. My site has been up and running and I feel that while it is still in its infancy that is doing fairly well.

For the first month or so here on WA I was plugging away and knocking out certifications rapidly. Coming into the three month mark I've slowed with the certification process and have been focusing more on analytics and deciding what needs to be fixed with my site and what is working. While I have yet to make a commission or barely had any click-throughs to my affiliate links, I still feel that my content is engaging, helpful, and brings something to the table that other sites I have gone to do not bring. For that I am proud of my website.

My main concern with my site at the moment is bounce rate. I'm not very worried about the number of users coming to my site, but I would love to see my bounce rate decrease while my overall session duration increase. I would love to hear anyone's opinion on this and how they were able to correct their bounce rate and extend their session duration. Is it the number of posts? Overall aesthetics of your page that makes someone want to continue to browse your site? I've yet to really grasp that area of my website.

With that being said, I would never have been able to get this far with my website without WA and this community! I hope that within the next 3 months of WA and my website that I'm able to see a more positive outcome with bounce rates and session duration and within the next 6 months seeing more than 1,000 users per week. I know it is feasible and I know that people within this site surpass 1,000 probably within a few hours.
