You Ever Get The Feeling Nobody Knows What Their Doing!!!
Think about it when your born you know nothing. You have two people (if your lucky) a Mom & Dad (again if your lucky) It seems today there's a lot of raising being done by one parent happening all over. So from that moment on the learning is or isn't being done by whoever is going to take the time to teach, If they care teaching will start but if they care but don't have the time, who now does the teaching?
School starts ,your now in the hands of the experts ,that's good or is it. I seen a film called "Waiting for Superman" if you didn't see it (take a look). Now I'm not putting down teachers but the film made me think ,really think.
If any part of that film was anyway the truth,then it would explain why there is a concern on the teaching being done.( from the family up to the school system). Remember when you where in school and was told that this was your last day in that class and Congratulations you are now being promoted to the next grade( You didn't feel any smarter but was told, you know more than you realized.)
Now you get a job so what do they do.Start teaching you how to do what you need to do for that job.It seems everyone wants to know who made up those rules, It seemed there was always a better way to get the job done.And there always was that one person that always said "if you can show a better way ,we will change it"
That was the first time when I started to realize "People really don't know what there doing" I started to realized that the people in charge didn't really know what to do ,But they had the common sense to figure out (or made a decision) on what to do.
With that said does that mean that everyone who does anything is being watched for his or her decision making ability, which makes you very important person for company policy making or running.
Now lets go in a different direction. A person now runs for a political office,Knows nothing about the running of a country (let a lone a company) But really is a great person ,They win ,how do you train that person to do his job(they don't know anything about) Another movie with Robert Redford "The Candidate" ( shows what I'm saying) I remember when he won, The look on his face as he was thinking now what do I do.
So when you are faced with a decision stop an SMILE ,think this is what really puts you ahead of those who don't care about how things are done.

SMILE! It makes the world wonder what you are up to! :D I like big cheesy grins myself. I agree with your post-title and all. As my daughter would be the first to say (she'll be 20 this fall) the educational system is dumbing down her and her generation. It's a canned soup processing system. Those who think outside the boundaries set by the government are left to fend on their own or sought out for silencing.
The other half of your post title-Nobdoy knows what they are doing and nobody cares..that's the real scary part.
