Thanks Chris but this backup is very simple backup in XML and it does not restore plugins' data.

How to take mysql backup of website including plugins data?

There is no access to cpanel or it's contents here at WA.
Be assured WA is extremely secure with many backups to all websites hosted here on a daily basis.
Often times the theme you choose will allow you to make "back-ups" of your plugins and settings.
... beyond that, contact support for specifics.
Hope that helped a little.
(If you make back-ups with something like BackWPup, and your present theme saves those things you want, could pointing to a new host carry those items with it?)
I was thinking a bit more laterally than that.
When someone decides not to continue with WA, they have 30 days to move their site to another host.
So there must be a way, within WA, to do just that.
One suggestion was the plugin "ManageWP"?
Thanks Chris..I found one plugin All in one WP migration. That did the task of taking complete backup for wordpress site

I am trying to start my first website on the reviews of gadgets like mobiles, cameras etc. Please suggest me the best free theme available.
Since its all about functionality I suggest one of the most "normal" themes like Twentytwelve, Twentyfifteen or the like. They are plain and most compatible to most of the plugins. And they look great ;o)
Cheers, Kay
Thanks a lot Kay. Is there a way to search the theme by name in WA. I am not able to find any search for this
Go into your backoffice of your WordPress site. Hit "Appearence" >>> "Themes" >>> "Add New Theme" (bottom of the page) >>> type in "2014" for instance. Should work like a charm.
Or install the themes of free WordPress sources:
https://wordpress.org/themes/twentytwelve/
https://wordpress.org/themes/twentythirteen/
https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyfourteen/
https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyfifteen/
Download, upload to your WordPress Theme.
Use Youtube video tutorials on how to download and install a new theme. Its not that complicated. I am planning on doing a training on that, I guess ;o)
Cheers, Kay
Thank you so much for such a detailed response. I will certainly check these themes.
Thanks again,
Chander

I'll make a note of that one. Might need it myself one day.
