Digging in the dirt.

A wise mentor once told me...

'You have to dig through a lot of dirt to find a diamond'. In truth, she was referring to the dating scene, but she wasn't wrong!

Diamonds are considered rare, precious and extremely valuable. They are oh so pretty! The way the light sparkles off of a perfectly cut diamond. Oooooh! Yeah, I'm such a girl! And while diamonds may have been Marilyn Monroe's best friends, the diamond

we have here in WA is just as precious! Trust me! I've dug through the dirt enough to know.

Before I stumbled into WA, I tried a number of things, all to no result. While the intention was the same, what they offered in terms of platform, instruction, feedback, access, details were seriously lacking. You had a half hour with a 'mentor' weekly who gave you assignments and guidance, but when your half hour was up...click! A community of fellow students? Nope! I felt like I was on an island by myself. I'm sure they know what they were doing. But when much of the instruction begins with 'you just...', and 'you simply...' they pretty much had lost me. And that was long before the short-term memory issues. I just don't learn that way! There is nothing simple about this for me!

WA is THE DIAMOND STANDARD!!!! The ownership, leadership and engagement that Kyle, Carson and their team display is extremely rare. These guys walk-the-talk. I've never 'talked' with the guys behind the curtain quite this much. It is so refreshing.

The platform...wow! If we can't do it, within WA, I can't think of what else we would need. Now, I'm still a serious rookie, but hosting, analytics, technical help...WA has it.

Learning? Yep! WA has that too. Whether your best learning method is visual, aural or kinetic, they have all three styles covered. Lessons build upon each other and are set up so that they are just long enough to follow without getting lost in the details. You can watch lessons as many times as you need to 'get it'. Trust me - I have watched most of them multiple times to make sure I understood the lesson. Want more? There are live web classes, access to be able to ask questions, and a community of 'scholars' - experienced, knowledgeable folks who are more than willing to take time to answer any question you can imagine.

And while all of this would be amazing enough, there is a community that I haven't experienced in any job I've ever worked in. I have met and made friends from around the world, people who have genuinely made my world a better place, encouraging, challenging, uplifting and helpful. I haven't met anybody yet that is not truly interested in helping me achieve success, however I define it, and to cheering me along.

Now, in fairness, I did go with the premium membership which does open more keys to the kingdom within WA, but why would anybody not? It is an investment in your success.

We are here to learn and to build toward a successful business. WA provides all the resources, platform, and support to make that happen for anybody willing to put in the time and effort to make it happen.

It's not just a diamond, WA is a whole handful of diamonds!

What we choose to make with our diamonds is up to each one of us.
