OPM and Fast Cash Marketing
Heres an example ...
Lets say my niche is antique toys (I match buyers with sellers)
so I learn as much as I can about antique toys and find chats and groups that like this niche . I talk to a few people and see what their interests are ...what types on antique toys they like , etc. I grow a future customer relationship and continue this with other people as well.
However I must genuinely want to get to know them personally because sales people can be seen a mile away if they have that lack care for others .
So now I'm building my potential buyers list . Make sure you take notes
...Now I have to find sellers .
So I just go through craigslist , garage sale sites , letgo, etc.. ( places where specific products are harder to find ). And find my sellers. Let's say I find a matchbox car that's worth $700 ( would have to research the value to date and minus the depreciation based on condition) and their selling it for $400.
*Make sure you negotiate price*.
So I then talk to the seller and ask if they would be willing to go down $50 . They agree.
Then I go to my potential buyers that I built. Find the ones I know collect these and see if any have interest in purchasing . One does , So i sell it to them for $ 550 . They transfer the payment to me and I buy the item from the seller , setup the mailing address and everything then collect my commission of $200 .
This works best with sellers that are having a hard time selling their stuff or need to sell asap.
Yes it works . Its like being a realtor/ broker but for smaller stuff...its also the same as drop shipping business concept too.
If there was no middle man (woman) , the person would have still been waiting to sell and the buyer wouldn't have the item for their collection. Win win and win .
Did this for paintings , quick cash if your in a bind.
