Goal setting and Making Choices

We choose where we want to be, how we feel, what we do, what we say and how we affect ourselves. Make good choices and feed yourself good:)
Our actions are made through this process...
1) an event occurs
2) Your thoughts about the event
3) Thoughts then create your emotional/feeling responses
4) That emotional/feeling response then produces an action
An example
1) Going on wealthy affiliate and signing up ( event)
2)I can either think
"I am going to make money on here!" ( thought option 1)
or
" I won't get anything from this" ( thought option 2)
3) Emotional/feeling responses from...
option 1.... encouraged...determined...motivated..driven..enthusiastic..etc
option 2...discouraged... apathetic ( without passion)... failure... sad... etc
4) Actions from....
option 1... working hard to learn...making goals for yourself and a game plan to achieve them...ACTION ACTION ACTION!
option 2....complaining...not learning..barely doing anything to achieve success...laziness.. fatique....quitting etc...
Now I pick option 1 and I think you would too! Just remember this , You are in charge of making those choices and the only things that will stop you from making the right choices are lack of knowledge or experience, poor habits, excuses and justifications, or your locked in a cave without a computer.
You can make money by learning all that wealthy affiliate teaches. I just speed read and haven't even done most of the courses. Imagine the success you can get to if you learn from wealthy affiliate and put in your time and effort towards what they tell you to do !
I just joined Wealthy Affiliate near the end of the month of June 2017 . It is now July 11th 2017 and I am ranked at 495 currently here and have made 15 product sales . Now that's not a lot of money , nor a lot of sales , and others have lower ranking but my goal when I started was ...

Make any amount of money this month through what they teach
Have my website running with a few articles
Make friends
Help others out
I achieved all of them and surpassed them and now my goals for the deadline of Aug 11 2017 is this
Rank at 100
Make $400 out of digital marketing this month
Help others out
Add twenty articles to my website
Now this doesn't sound like a lot but it is for a single parent ( me) with two kids and a full time job . I have no one to help financially or even helping around the house or when I get sick..etc. So if your life situation is harder than mine or your life situation is easier ... this isn't to throw a pity party. .... Take your life situations and just fight harder to get to your goal

Good goal. There are people who dislike their current situation. They complaint but never take any action.
Yes and Action is what make people and lack of it is what breaks people , I learned that the hard way ! Hope all is well :)
