Would suggest that what would need re-arranging is the actual content. Have you got photographs, is the type easy to read, what colours have you chosen. If it looks like a lot of words, then it is, so you would need to amend the layout.
Erica have not seen your site, these are just of the things that often affect the look of your site. Hope that when you have a look some of these comments do stick out.

I'm not sure what your Website needs but I what I did was go though his seminars from 2016 to 2018 and used what was applicable to my Website

Plenty...I can't even pin point one in particular. After catching his live seminar about "Amping your Google love" or something like that, I started going through his lessons in a retrograde manner and applying them to my Website where applicable. Especially his Webmaster tips...GOLD.
