Storming in the Brain
We are no strangers to the "brainstorm". We unconsciously experience them every day. Now, when we do them on purpose...YIKES! Exhausting isn't quite the word for it. Headaches. Frustration. Anxiety. Overwhelming. But, just like any storm, these words and feelings eventually fade away into clarity. I had that breakthrough yesterday and thought I would share it with you.
I was struggling with my niche. I wasn't sure what it was that was bothering me about it, only that it was. So, I took a break from the training and building and went back to the drawing board. I knew that I didn't want to break completely away from what I had started. But, Cardio Queen wasn't cutting it for me. I needed something new. Something relatable. Something real. That's when it hit me like a brick. "Write about what you know." DUH! It seems so simple saying it, but the simple things I love to make as hard as possible. I'm no Cardio Queen! I am a Real Gym Chic. A down-to-earth, relatable, struggle-bussing woman with the desire to workout! It's a simple as that.
So, with that in mind, here's a cheers to the brainstormers out there! Keep going! The headaches are worth it.

That's fantastic news to hear Charlie!
It's always advisable to keep things as simple as possible my friend... all the very best for the future!
