Life is a journey, not a destination

As I read the mountains of information here on WA I am very impressed. People from all walks of life and in every conceivable location are exchanging dialogue with one another. Many of the people here are in the very early stages of their life. Some of us are not.

I read of those who have been with WA for many years and they tell us about their successes and some failures as well. For those of us whose journey began before the internet was invented, we are at a disadvantage. Time is the greatest asset that we have.

We have just experienced Hurricane Michael here in Florida. These "storms of life" serve to put things in their proper perspective. I have traveled in third world countries and that too puts life in a whole different perspective. Attitude is everything. We are in a position here at WA to have an "attitude of gratitude".

If we were in the path of a hurricane and our house was destroyed, our website, our niche, and all of our work would remain intact. Our "customer base" would not be altered. Our posts, our websites, all of our work would remain.

Many, many people in our world do not have the means nor the method to earn money, even enough money to sustain their lifestyle. But here we do. And the market is continually expanding.

I am excited to see the great potential that each one here has to make a better life for themselves. I want to encourage you to "keep on keeping on". You will be extremely glad that you did. Keep your eye on the prize.

I have lived a long time and I have learned many things. There are things that I cannot share here. I plan to post them on my website as we move forward. I will post a link as I write and post to my website.

In the meantime, please take some advice from a piece written by Robert Hastings entitled "The Station", "climb more mountains, eat more ice cream, go barefoot oftener, swim more rivers, watch more sunsets, laugh more, and cry less. Life must be lived as we go along. The station will come soon enough".
