What's with all the traffic?
Ok so in no way is this a complaint AT ALL, but I'm a little confused by a sudden spike in the amount of traffic coming to 2 of my websites, particularly as one hasn't even launched as yet! My successfromyoursofa site has been getting about 200- 400 monthly visits since I set it up, but in the last 4 weeks it's had over 1000.
Stranger still, my new site Thegirlblog.com still has its "coming soon" image on display, and has somehow accumulated 190 visits over the last week! What's that about? I know the numbers in themselves are not staggering but it's still a big jump from nowhere
The only thing that they both have in common is that I installed a simple share button plugin on both of them, but looking at analytics, there are various similar sources of traffic on each.
Weird but good I suppose! :(

Check on analytics to see how long they're staying on your site. If the bounce rate is 100% it means these are "spambots" crawling.
