Hi - I took a look at your site, and it is only 2 months old, so this is early days to expect traffic. Google views all new sites with suspicion for the first few months and doesn't rank their posts highly.

You are adding content on a regular basis, so you are on the right track. However, your review of the Patch MD is 39% copied and pasted from the vendor's page.

It's the same with your hair product review, and your tea review which both have copied content from the vendor.

Having duplicate content will lower Google's trust in your site, and posts that have material already published elsewhere will not be ranked highly.

Ok, I see now, thanks for that.
Product reviews are real struggle for me, need to figure out how to change it...

How long does it take on average for a website to get more traffic? Is it more related on the quantity of content?
I am planning to post 2-3 articles a week, is that enough?

Hi - yes, product reviews can be difficult, because everything needs to be in your own words.

You can typically expect to start seeing traffic as you reach around 25 posts or more, as then Google starts to see you as an authority on your niche subject. 2 or 3 articles per week is what is recommended.

Having said that, health is one of the top 3 most competitive niches and to be honest, I don't think you have a really narrow niche subject.

Your posts are all on different aspects of health, each one of which would be a niche in its own right. For example, depression, yoga, food, weight loss, exercise.

When it comes to a health-related website, you need to show that you have expertise in one specific aspect of it.

Thanks you very much for your feedback, I really appreciate it!
