Comments how do they work?

Hi Everyone, I hope you are all doing well. I have seen that we have been given another opportunity to make money and giving comments is such. I do appreciate this opportunity but every time I log in to comment there are no articles to give comments to.
But they have been times that I have had to comment but when I try to give more no articles, I am in Italy and there's also time difference to consider so I was hoping someone from the community might help me understand how comments work in that I mean giving comments.
I do appreciate this opportunity, I am just trying to find out how it works.

Thank you so much but I meant inside the comment section understand dashboard- websites then you choose site comments it’s specifically for comments you ask and comment get to points then you request comments..
I don’t find any articles to comment on..

1/ Members of WA request comments for their websites
2/ Once the request has been processed by WA, it goes into a queue.
3/ This then shows up on the Earn Credits tab one by one.
4/ As WA members view this tab if there is an available request for comments, it will show in a smaller window with a label View Website.
5/ When this is showing, you just click on the View Website, read through the post/page, and COME BACK to the Earn Credits page in WA and just under the title View Website you will see a box where you can type in your comment and submit it.
If there aren't any requests available for comment, it will indicate that all requests have been fulfilled and you should wait until there are more requests to make another comment.
This is a very popular feature in WA and so you need to find a time throughout the day that will render more requests so you can get a chance to comment.
To find requests to comments is through trial and error and a learning process of when it is best during the day to do this.
