DAY 72: You Don't Get Paid What You Deserve ( 77 Day Challenge )
Every successful business follows the same principle to make money.
You do something that solves a problem or brings value to others and you are paid a pretty penny.
it doesn't matter what you do, value is value. However, one thing I have learned(and you should understand) is that the price that you get paid for value is not what you deserve.
You can have two people offering the same service and one gets paid $1000 and the other gets paid $100.
Same skill sets, and most time, the one who earns lower can have a lot more experience and do better work than the person who earns higher
If this has ever happened to you, you can be frustrated when you find out why.
You got paid what you NEGOTIATED
This is why one skill you need when selling your services online is NEGOTIATING
You don't get paid what you deserve, rather you are paid what you negotiate.
Just like every other skill, Negotiation is a skill that you can learn and master. It is one skill I am currently learning( As you should)
While in affiliate marketing, prices for services can be fixed, if you want to freelance or sell someone's course to your email list, learning to negotiate is an important skill you should learn and master
When negotiating, the golden rule is that both parties should work out of the negotiation feeling like they won.
It should always be a WIN WIN
