Hi team,
For those of you that have embarked on the mail-list/subscriber route, what service are you using and why?
I've been using Mailchimp fre
I think there must be something wrong with your account, because 10 is not the limit. Your free Mailchimp account allows for 2.000 subscribers. And for 10.000 mails send per month.

Yeah, I've seen that and I was wondering what was going on.
I think I've figured it out but need to learn how to resolve it.
Mailchimp free allows for ONLY ONE AUDIENCE that is limited to ten "segments". In those "segments" I have 10 subscribers.
What i need to do is to crate tags or groups and separate those subscribers, which means that i need to re-apply emailing rules to each group/tag.

I'll try this out over the next few days, in between teaching juniors and preparing lessons, and put out a post.

Sounds like that could be the problem. Good luck fixing it, in between your busy life. It's a challenge sometimes :-)

Just been looking through Mailchimp and actually took time to read through what an "audience is".
As the link that Bianca put below, a single audience can have up to 2000 subscribers/contacts.
I missread what it was about and theres no requirement to segment etc. unless I want to start segmented campaigns.
So a free account will let you have up to 2000 subscribers/contacts before having to upgrade. No action necessary.
